I would like to reintroduce Chad Franks. Chad is our longest-tenured
representative and may be a familiar face, as he has participated
in many hardware shows over the years. Since Lana's departure,
I've realized that I need more support to keep up with TRANSPAC's resurgence,
and Chad is now dedicated to overseeing everything related to
TRANSPAC in the hardware store channel.
